All pages are created using the CMS-software WordPress. This gives you the opportunity to independently manage and expand your website. They can customize their pages according to their business needs, e.g. add new pages, customize menu navigation or content, paste images, install new plugins, etc.

Responsive web design

All websites – irrespective of the selected package – are set up to be responsive. That is, the visibility of mobile terminals (e.g., smartphone) is not limited. Menus are grouped into the so-called Hamburger symbol. It automatically adjusts the content, etc. This ensures optimal readability on the smartphone.

Why is responsive web design important?

Due to the “always on” possibility and the ever increasing use of mobile devices, Google has switched to indexing the pages of an Internet presence on “Mobile First”. That is, pages that are not optimized for mobile devices will sooner or later lose visibility.

What is included in the "package prices"?

The prices include the creation of your website, the cost of storing the data on a server (hosting) and, depending on the chosen package, the cost of the plugins for one year.

After the first year, we charge the fees quarterly. They amount to:

In addition there are possible costs for the special plugins described above that are not included in the package price.

All prices plus 19% sales tax.

If necessary, additional costs for further plugins, e.g. a webshop, special tools for table reservation in restaurants, special event calendars, etc.

Due to your requirements for the design of your website, we may specify necessary plugins. In this case, the corresponding costs are quantified.

You don´t have a domain yet?

If you do not have a domain, we will take care of the application as part of the structure of your page. Of course you will become a C administrator. That means you own the domain.
This ensures that you always have access to your domain, even if we no longer work together. In some cases, clients of mine had to pay a lot of money at their former agency to get access to their domain.

The hosting takes place at 1 & 1 from Germany. We will apply for your domain at 1 & 1. The advantage of 1&1 is that there is a 24/7 service offered. This is especially important when the internation tennis string is brought online. We like to do this on weekends in the evenings because most companies have less traffic on this site than usual.

Each package includes hosting fees and domain (.de or.com) costs for one year.

Bing Place for Business is a free tool from Microsoft. It contains a lot of information about your company and the integration of Bing Maps. It supports your local SEO activities.

Set up Google Analytics 150,-€

including the contractual processing with Google Ireland, providing the sample text for the privacy policy and setup of the necessary DSGVO plugin. You should think carefully about whether you really want to use Google Analytics. You can also get lots of information from the free tool Google Search Console.
Register for the site on Google and Bing -,- €

Upon completion of your website, it will be indexed to Google and Bing for indexing. In this context, we also set up the free tools Google Search Consiole and Bing Webmaster Tools. Upon request, we will provide you with the access data.
Set up Microsoft Office 365 auf Anfrage

Microsoft Office 365 is available in different versions. Depending on the requirement, the monthly license fees vary. Setting up users and the domain in the Office 365 admin tool is for up to 5 licenses.

All prices plus 19% VAT. The reverse charge procedure is possible within the framework of the EU Community area (Intra-Community Lies). That is, in this case, we would not charge sales tax.

What else is important?

With order placement I charge a discount of 10% of the order value.

You deliver and all texts, if applicable in the selected language, images that are free of third party rights, your logo. In addition, you name us the desired font and company colors.

You do not want to "maintain" your website yourself?

If you do not want to carry out the maintenance of your website yourself, you can entrust us with the maintenance of your website.
The cost of this is 40, – € the hour the billing is done in 15 minutes units, that is, if they have no change to their website, there are no costs. If only minor changes are made you will receive an invoice for 10, – € + 19% sales tax or even no (depending on the effort).
If we estimate the effort greater than 15 minutes, we will inform you about this before starting work.

What else is there for possibilities?
Another alternative is a flat rate for

the maintenance of the website incl. error monitoring and installation of updates
the social media presence or
a complete package for all areas of your online presence.
